The Evolution Care team takes great care in candidate selection
- Incoming CVs are screened.
- Candidates are interviewed.
- 2 satisfactory references are obtained.
- Copies of qualifications are reviewed. This must be – Full QQI Level 5 Certs or at least completed 3-4 important modules. (Nursing Qualification).
- Completion of Garda vetting procedures/ declaration of any criminal offences.
- Confirmation of professional body registration (if applicable).
- All employees must attend Evolution Care Solutions induction training sessions before commencement.
